Monaco Interiors is built around the passion and design vision of Joanna Lopez. After following varied and rewarding careers as an entrepreneur, designer and manager, Joanna pooled her talents to create a new business dedicated to bespoke, high-end interior design, decoration and project management.To date, Monaco Interiors have worked with a wide variety of clients from around the world, to create beautiful and functional residential and commercial spaces. Customers include businesses and individuals from the UK, Russia, Saudi Arabia and Monaco.

Joanna Lopez
Joanna is a charismatic, hard-working and energetic creator who thrives on face-to-face contact with clients, and the challenge of a stimulating project. She’s a keen traveller and speaks four different languages, being fluent in English, Spanish, French and Italian. Joanna’s experience lies in the corporate and commercial area of design, with a strong emphasis on sales, business development and marketing – and her work has taken her around the world. Before helping to co-found Monaco Interiors, Joanna worked for a leading facilities management company in London, project managing refurbishment and design overhauls for some of the UK’s leading hotels. Joanna’s clients have included the Hilton hotel, Marriot hotel, the Four Seasons and Radisson; as well as high net worth individuals from Monaco, South of France, Sardinia, Marbella and London.
MARJORIE LOPEZ
Senior Interior Designer
Marjorie’s passion and expertise is in interior and furnishing design for the high-end residential market. She is an experienced project coordinator, and her excellent communication, PR and leadership skills have led to a successful career within the British construction and interior design industry. Marjorie’s design experience is extensive and includes nearly 20 years continuous work as a designer, including several years as a successful freelance. Her clients, business associates and previous employers include some of the UK’s top design agencies and property development companies. Marjorie is a talented linguist, speaking excellent English, Spanish and conversational in French. She also has advanced IT skills, with a focus on auto CAD applications for both PC and Mac. As a person, Marjorie is witty, self-motivated and diplomatic with an active imagination and eye for detail.
NAAZI AILWADHI
FF+E Controller
Graduating with a first class honours in Interior design Naazi is a hardworking and creative person and no stranger to travelling and living in different places. Her family background; three countries in one decade, including the cities of Delhi, Washington, Toronto and now London have played a big part in fashioning her designing skills and opening her mind to new cultures. Naazi’s core experience is in luxurious residential as well as commercial projects. Fascinated with the use of colour and fabric, Naazi is highly focussed on detail and is inspired by both Middle Eastern and western cultural styles and brings this into her work. Her colorful background has helped to shape her approach to design with a mixture of dynamism and innovation creating new spatial experiences. As a person Naazi is a highly positive, dynamic and thoughtful individual who puts the project and the client first by listening to and understanding their particular requirements to ensure a uniquely bespoke creative experience.
JOSEPH LONG
CAD Technician
As a graduate of KLC School of Design Joe has a vast knowledge of all aspects of Interiors. Specialising in AutoCAD, he uses his eye for detail to overcome even the most intricate of tasks. His experience within the field ranges from hi-end residential to commercial projects that are
worldwide.
Joe also has experience within the Marine world working on various yachts including Sunseeker, Helios and Oyster. Hi influences include; Verner Panton, Art Nouveau and The Memphis Group. Where innovative fresh ideas are at their core. His work also includes various charity run projects including redesigning the Royal Hospital of Neurology. Joe thoroughly enjoys collaborating with people on a daily basis and is personable and friendly to all. As well as being a hard working and determined individual he is also aware that a sense of humour is an essential tool that brings people together within the workplace.
Whatever the task, be it FF&E to joinery, Joe will get the job done. With a focus on functionality without compromise on style.
SIMONA PALO
Architect
Simona is a qualified Architect and her passion and expertise is also in interior and furnishing design for the residential and retail market. Her excellent communication, PR and leadership skills have led her to a successful career within the Italian construction and interior design industry in the South of Italy. Simona’s design experience is extensive and includes nearly 20 years continuous work as a designer, including several years as a successful freelance. Her clients, business associates and previous employers include some of Italy’s top design agencies and property development companies. Simona is also a talented linguist, speaking excellent English and Italian. She has advanced IT skills, with a focus on auto CAD applications for both PC and Mac. As a person, Simona is witty, self-motivated and diplomatic with an active imagination and eye for detail.
EDEL QUINE
Interior Designer
Edel Quine is a creative interior designer who believes in the power of design and beautiful interiors to transform daily life. With a BA Honours in Interior Architecture and design from University For The Creative Arts.
Edel has worked extensively in the interior design, high end residential and commercial industry, home styling, set styling and visual merchandising.
With Strong Conceptual thinking, both visual and interactive Edel has a well-trained eye for quality and attention to detail.
Whether in the digital realm or on a three-dimensional scale, she combines different disciplines and mediums to build engaging experiences.
Edel enjoys translating desired moods, concepts, and underdeveloped ideas into imagery with great understanding of space planning, fabrics, patterns, textures, visual communication and the Adobe Suite, Photoshop, Indesign and Illustrator.
Currently based in London she is inspired by the diverse cultures, art, music, dance, museums, nature, fascinated by inventions, colour, music movement and compositions. She values authenticity. In her free time, she loves to keep fit, do yoga, cook and travel. She is a well-rounded individual driven. Who lives with passion, dedication, and grace.
